enough to stand and rule.

be peons to stand upon. That is where the city's underbelly
comes into place. Crime, theft, robbery and decadence
are but the stones you can use to build your altar.
Just know, yours is not the only one. While you push
to survive, and gain power, others are doing the same
and will not hesitate to destroy you. To turn you
into yet another stone for their own altar.
It is this struggle that has created the city's unprecedented
population and economic boom of the last couple of
decades. While the rest of the country struggles,
Las Vegas still maintains a strong economy that is
driven by the tourist industry, and other equality
lucrative businesses.
Luckily for some of you, with the growth in population
and economy, the city's crime has continued to rise.
Though the police pays lip service to trying to control
crime levels, the number of arrests has not increased
and neither has the police's budget to help it handle
the crime rate. This, however, is how the real power
brokers in the city like it. Law and Order is only
good as long as it can be used for one's advantage,
otherwise.. fuck it.
So, step into our city, and get ready to do whatever
it takes to get what you want. Don't worry, What
